PentaPath is an end-to-end agency for global founders and high-impact investors. We don't just facilitate visas; we build the legal, financial, and operational architecture required to scale in the world’s most strategic jurisdictions.
We specialize exclusively in Targeted Employment Area (TEA) and Rural projects, offering the most efficient and cost-effective pathways to U.S. Permanent Residency.
Access the 20% Visa Set-Aside category. Rural projects receive Priority Processing from USCIS, significantly reducing wait times for investors from backlogged countries.
Invest in high-growth urban developments within qualifying High-Unemployment areas. These projects benefit from a 10% Visa Set-Aside and the reduced $800,000 investment threshold.
Not every TEA project is created equal. We exclusively select projects with guaranteed job-creation buffers and verified TEA status to ensure your I-526E approval is never at risk.

We identify a RIA-compliant Rural or TEA project that matches your goals. Once you wire the $800,000 investment to escrow, your attorney files the Form I-526E petition, securing your Priority Date in the visa queue.

Rural projects qualify for Priority Processing, with average I-526E approvals currently reaching as fast as 5–9 months. Upon approval, you and your family receive your Conditional Green Cards and begin your 2-year residency.

After 24 months of sustainment and verifying 10 permanent jobs were created, we file Form I-829 to remove your conditions. Your project-specific exit strategy is then triggered to return your investment capital.

Rural TEA projects are currently the "Fast Track" of the EB-5 program. Under the RIA, they receive Priority Processing for the I-526E petition, with recent approvals averaging 5–9 months. Additionally, Rural projects have the largest Visa Set-Aside (20%), which allows investors from backlogged countries like China and India to remain "Current" and avoid years of waiting.
U.S. law requires all EB-5 capital to remain "at-risk" throughout the sustainment period, meaning a formal guarantee of return is prohibited. However, PentaPath mitigates this by exclusively selecting projects with Senior Secured Loan structures, high developer equity, and clear exit strategies once your job-creation requirements are met.
Investors who file their I-526E petition on or before September 30, 2026, are protected by the RIA's "Grandfathering" provision. This ensures that even if the program is not reauthorized in 2027, your specific petition will continue to be processed by USCIS under the rules in place when you filed.
Yes. While the project must be located in a Rural TEA to qualify for the $800,000 threshold and priority processing, you and your family are free to live, work, and attend school anywhere in the United States once your conditional residency is approved.
We only partner with projects that utilize Regional Center status, allowing us to count both direct and indirect/induced jobs (calculated via RIMS II or IMPLAN economic modeling). We prioritize projects that are already under construction to ensure the 10-job-per-investor requirement is met well before your I-829 filing.
